Ingredients:  
1 chicken, cut in small pieces, washed and patted dry
1 (12-oz) jar apricot preserves
1 (10-oz) bottle red Russian dressing
1 pkg dry Lipton Onion Soup mix
½ tsp powdered mustard

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix.
2. Put chicken parts in deep bowl. Pour mixture over chicken, coat well, then refrigerate.
3. Remove from refrigerator at least 3 hours before you are going to cook.
4. Preheat oven to 350º.
5. Put chicken parts on shallow baking sheet and spoon mixture over chicken.
6. Bake 1 hour, basting with the glaze, until chicken is deep golden brown and glazed. Do not turn chicken. Cook breast side up.
