2 lbs ground beef
Cooked rice
Salt and pepper
Large can crushed tomatoes
Large can tomato sauce
1 cup sugar
5 Tbs vinager
˝ stick butter
Cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat rice salt and pepper
Boil large pan of water. Put cabbage in boiling water till leaves peel off head.
Remove cabbage veins.
Put ball of meat on cabbage leaf fold ends over meat then roll up
Put cabbage rolls in roasting pan. Make sauce. Cook crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper ,
Sugar and vinager. Adjusting. To taste. Pour sauce over cabbage rolls.
Cut butter into pats put on top of rolls
Cover and cook till cabbage is tender
