1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 c. Sour cream
I c. Mayo
1 packet Ranch Dressing mix
3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
½ c. Sweet red pepper, chopped
½ c. Green pepper, chopped
½ c green onion, chopped
2 cans (15 oz @) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
10 bacon strips, fried and crumbled
3½ c. frozen corn, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare and bake cornbread according to package directions. Cool then crumble into small pieces.
2. Mix together: sour cream, mayo, and ranch mix.
3. Mix tomatoes, peppers, and onions together.
4. In 3 Qt. Bowl, layer ½ of each:
(1) Crumbled cornbread
(2) Beans
(3) tomato, pepper, onion mixture
(4) cheese
(5) bacon
(6) corn
(7) dressing
5. Repeat layers.
6. Refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
