1 large filet of redfish skin left on
3 cloves of chopped garlic
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 tbs. of extra virgin olive oil
Juice of one lemon
Chef PAUL PRUDHOMMES BLACKEN REDFISH MAGIC ( this is sold at PUBLIX )

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 400º
To make sauce mix garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Sprinkle redfish with redfish magic spice.
Place redfish on aluminum foil in baking dish.
Pour sauce over redfish.
Cook redfish for 14 minutes or until Flakey when tested with fork.

I grew up in North Florida and fished all my life. I’ve tried Redfish many different ways and this is my favorite.

Nothing like eating Redfish that were swimming a couple of hours earlier !!!!!!!!!
