1 Pound Stew Beef
2 Cups Water with 1 Teaspoon Better than Bouillion ( reduced Sodium) or 2 Cups Beef Broth
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and Pepper Beef then put Beef and broth in slow cooker and cook on High 4 to 6 hours.
Serve with Rice. May also cube a couple of potato’s and put in slow cooker at same time

This is the Stew Beef That Agnes made for her family . She was not a gourmet cook, she worked hard and just cooked simple meals with no frills, But this is the Stew Beef my husband fondly remembers as a boy.
