2 pound pork loin
˝ cup water
2 Tbsp Wright’s Hickory Liquid Smoke
2 Tbsp Tamari
1 tsp brown sugar
˝ tbsp Kosher salt

Directions:
Directions:
Score pork and sprinkle salt over meat. Add liquid smoke and brown sugar. Add water and select pressure, high for 60 minutes. Select natural pressure release for about 20 minutes. Remove meat, shred and add broth/ juices.

Served with Calrose rice, 1 cup rice, 1 1/2 cups water. PC hi for 3 minutes, natural release 10 minutes.
