1 two-layer Chocolate Cake Mix
1 12-oz. can Evaporated Milk
2 1/2 cups Sugar
24 Marshmallows
1 14-oz. package Coconut
1/2 cup Margarine
2 cups Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour two 9 x 13 cake pans. Prepare cake mix using package directions. Pour half the mixture into each prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Boil 1 cup evaporated milk and 1 cup sugar in saucepan until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows until melted. Add coconut; mix well. Pour over cakes. Bring 1/2 cup evaporated milk, remaining 1 1/2 cups sugar and margarine to a boil in saucepan, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread over coconut layers.
