4-6 CUBED STEAKS
2 EGGS BEATEN WITH 1 TBSP WATER
FLOUR SEASONED WITH SALT AND PEPPER
DRIED BREAD CRUMBS
¼ CUP OIL

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper in large ziploc bag. Heat skillet with oil over medium heat. When hot, dredge cube steaks in flour; dredge each piece in egg wash. Dredge in bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown. Keep hot in oven set on warm or lowest heat possible.


Serve with country gravy (white sauce in savory sauces), mashed potatoes and vegetable of choice.
