Dough:
8 c flour
½ c sugar
2 tsp salt
1 lb margarine
2 pkg yeast
4 eggs, beaten
½ c. warm water
2 c. scalded milk

Filling:
2 c. sugar
2 T cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
1 cup (2 sticks) margarine

Icing:
4 cup powdered sugar
dash of salt
8-12 Tbsp Milk
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, sugar and oleo. Crumble oleo as in pie crust dough. Let milk cook. Add yeast dissolved in warm water and beaten eggs. Add to flour mixture. Put in refrigerator overnight in tightly covered bowl. Next day - divide into four parts and roll each part one at a time into rectangle - keep rest in refrigerator. Mix sugar and cinnamon together. Spread dough with melted butter and nuts. Add cinnamon and sugar mixture. Roll up. Refrigerate again. Slice into thin slices. Pat each piece flat. Bake immediately at 350º F until brown. Ice with a powdered sugar icing while warm.
