12 OZ wheel of Brie
I Package of puff pastry
1/4 cup Honey to drizzle
Chopped bacon as much as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º
Place a layer of puff pastry on the bottom of a cookie sheet
Place wheel of Brie
Cover with a topper of puff pastry
Pinch top and bottom but do not close completely
Bake until the cheese is melted and pastry is golden and crisp, check every 15 minutes
When done remove from oven sprinkle with bacon and drizzle honey

Serve with crackers, pita bread slices, or torn bread
