8 fl. oz. almond milk or your milk of choice
2 mangoes peeled and pitted
1 cup kale
2 bananas
1 tbsp fresh ginger
2 tbsp. flaxseeds (optional)
1 cup ice cubes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Rinse all fruit and vegetables with warm water to remove excess debris.

2.Chop mangoes, kale, ginger, bananas into cubes and add to blender.

3. Add almond milk, flax seeds, and ice.

4. Blend until smooth, serve cold.
