Breyani
4 Cups Rice
2 Cups Dull (Lentils)
Marinaded Meat or Chicken
Marsala
Garlic & Ginger
Cinnamon
Onion
Butter

Sour Milk Salad
500 ml Full Cream (Sour Milk)
Teaspoon Jero
Butter
1 clove garlic
Small piece of ginger
Dhania (Cilantro)
Chilies
Pinch of Salt


Directions:

Breyani
Cook rice and dull separately
Cook Meat
Fry cinnamon, onion and butter together
Add Marsala & garlic and ginger

Sour Milk Salad
Fry Jero in butter for 3 min and allow to cool
Add in garlic, ginger, dhania, chilies and salt
Mix all together and add sour milk
