1/2 C Flour or corn starch
1 1/2 C water or broth depending on what broth is determined by what meat you are making the gravy for
salt and pepper
1/2 Tbsp Worcheshire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Scraping the dripping from the pan, add the water or the broth, bring to a boil. In a measuring cup add the flour or corn starch and add and additional 1 cup cold water and mix, forming a liquid paste, remove all the lumps. Boil the dripping and the liquid, scraping the pan, add the flour mixture until the desired thickness.
