6 Pork Chops
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup water
3 Tbsp honey
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

Preheat the oven to 325F.
On a parchment lined baking sheet, toast the sesame seeds. Cool and set aside.
In a skillet, brown the pork chops in small amount of oil or fat.
Place in a 9X13 pan - do NOT salt.
In a small bowl combine the soy sauce, ketchup, ginger, pepper, water, honey and chopped onion.
Pour over the pork chops.
Sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
Cover and bake for 1 hour at 325F.
