16 oz. White chocolate chips, melting chocolate
14 oz. (1 can) sweetened condensed milk
Green food coloring
heart sprinkles
parchment paper or non-stick foil

Directions:
Directions:
Line 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or non-stick foil. Set aside.

Place white chocolate in double boiler and fully melt.

Stir in condensed milk until mixture is smooth.

Add green coloring until desired color is achieved.

Pour into the baking pan and chill a minimum of 4 hours.

Cut into squares and add 1 heart to each piece.

Try Americolor Soft Gel Paste in Electric Green. Food coloring tends to make chocolate seize (stiffen quickly) which is why gel paste is suggested....or oil-based food coloring called Candy Colors. For this recipe, the condensed milk added to melted chocolate before adding food coloring makes it so regular food coloring may be used without causing chocolate to seize.

Hearts can be added after fudge is chilled using a dab of light corn syrup to attach it to fudge.
Fudge freezes well and can be kept frozen for 6 months. Do not add hearts if freezing --- add them after you defrost fudge.
