* 2 slices bread
* 2 eggs
* Butter for grill

Directions:
Directions:
Heat grill to 300-350º.
Cut large center hole in bread about 2" round with cookie or biscuit cutter leaving hole in bread
Once grill is hot - butter grill and place bread slice(s) with hole on grill
Cook until down side is slightly brown and flip - remove hole and place next to bread on grill
Crack egg and drop in hole at center of bread
Once down side is brown - carefully flip so both sides of egg are cooked (remove hole from grill)
Flip until egg is cook to satisfaction (less cook for over easy, more cook for over well)
Remove from grill and serve.


Other Methods:
Scramble eggs before placing in who and add cheese, bacon, sausage or any other toppings to cook into egg.

Bullseyes were made by Rick's mother growing up and shared with the family. With visits to other family and friends, other names for this breakfast treat were found including toad in a hole, pirate in a raft, moon over Miami, bird's next, hobo toast, one eyes pirate, elephant tracks, toast with a tummy, lighthouse eggs, baby in a buggy, birdie in a basket, one eyes Texan and more. More than 60 names for this can be found on line. Have fun with this for breakfast.
