3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. crushed pineapple
6 ripe bananas, mashed

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon. In another bowl, beat the eggs oil and vanilla. Add pineapple and bananas. Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 60-65 mins. or until toothpick comes out clean. Don't over bake. Cool 10 mins before removing from pans to wire rack. This is from Sis.
