1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. frozen peas
2 1/2-3 c. brown rice, cooked
1/2 c. water
2 c. sour cream
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
7 slices american cheese
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. savory
1 tsp. tarragon
2 TB beef bouillon
2 TB onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spices and mushrooms into raw ground beef and brown. Add water and simmer until most of water is gone. Add sour cream. Mix well. Spread rice on bottom of 9"x 13" pan. Spread peas over rice. Spoon beef mixture over peas. Cook 40 mins 350º Sprinkle mozzarella on top. Place cheese slices over mozzarella. Turn off oven and place dish back into oven. Leave until cheese is melted.
