12 oz. Spaghetti
1/2 c. butter
1 c. parmesan cheese, grated
3 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 c. finely chopped onion
42 oz. prego spaghetti sauce
2 c. sour cream or cottage cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti al dente, drain. Stir in butter, parmesan cheese, and eggs. Chop well with knife and fork, form into a crust in 2 well buttered 10-inch pie pans. Let cool. Cook ground beef and onion, drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce. Heat through. SPREAD SOUR CREAM ON BOTTOM OF SPAGHETTI CRUSTS. Fill pies with meat sauce. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Note: really easy to freeze, double and make extra to put in freezer
