1 c butter
¾ c corn starch
⅓ c powdered sugar
1 c flour

4 oz cream cheese
1½ c powdered sugar
1 t vanilla
Food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter at low spread until creamy, Slowly add powdered sugar and corn starch. Beat on medium speed until fluffy. Stir in flour until mixed. Chill for 1 hour or more to firm up. Make into small balls using melon baller. Place on parchment paper lined sheets. Make small finger dent in top of each cookie. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are firm but not browned. Cool.
Beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add a few drops of food coloring if desired. Put in a pastry bag with a star tip. Pipe a small amount on each cookie.
