1 c flour
½ c cornstarch
½ c + 2 T cocoa powder
⅛ t salt
¼ t cinnamon
¾ c unsalted butter
1 ½ c powdered sugar
1 large egg
½ t vanilla

Frosting and sprinkles for decorating

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Beat butter until creamy. Beat in sugar and vanilla. Beat in egg until lit a fluffy. Stir in dry ingredients. Mix until combined. Chill dough until easy to handle. Roll ⅛ inch thick. Cut with cutters and transfer to parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350º for 9-10 minutes. Let cool on pans for 5 minutes before removing to cool completely on parchment. Frost and decorate.
