1 (7¼ oz.) box Macaroni and Cheese Dinner
1 c. frozen green peas
1 (12½ oz.) can tuna, drained and chunked
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
¼ tsp. garlic powder (optional)
½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
½ c. milk
1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions.
2. Mix in remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese. Pour into a 1½ quart microwaveable serving dish.
3. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir casserole and continue heating on High for 2½ to 3½ minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
4. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
