1 c. sugar
2 c. (1 pint) whipping cream, unwhipped
½ c, Lemon juice from concentrate
Few drops of yellow food coloring, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine sugar and cream, stirring until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice and food coloring. Pour into 8 inch square pan or directly into sherbet dishes. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before serving. Return leftovers to freezer.
Makes bout 3 cups.
