2 c. Stove Top Flexible Serving Stuffing Mix
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1½ lb. flank steak, pounded for rolling
2 scallions, trimmed
1 red pepper, seeded and cut into strips
1 jar (12 oz.) Heinz Homestyle Mushroom gravy
¼ c. Burgundy wine or apple juice
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Stuffing Mix, water and butter. Let stand 5 minutes. Spoon stuffing on steak, leaving 1 inch border. Add scallions and pepper; then roll from long edge. Secure with wooden picks. Place seam side down in the baking pan or microwave-safe dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over steak.
Bake 1 hour at 350º. Let stand for 10 minutes.
To serve: slice and serve with sauce from pan or dish.
