2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
2-3 cloves Garlic
1/2 Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Follow the directions on the grits package adding the required salt. I double the recipe to make a large portion-usually for a holiday breakfast. Once cooked, pour the grits into a casserole dish, add your cheddar cheese and garlic-stir to blend. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes (covered)
