Elbow macaroni
Red pepper
Celery
Green onion
Mayonnaise
Pickle relish
White wine vinegar
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring salted water to.a boil and add the macaroni.
While the macaroni is cooking, dice the celery, red pepper and green onions.
When the pasta is cooked strain it and put in the freezer a few minutes to cook it.
When the pasta is cooled down, add a good amount of mayonnaise and stir. Add some relish to taste and stir.
Add the chopped vegetables and a splash of vinegar.
Stir until well combined.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add more mayonnaise if you want a creamier salad.
Chill and serve.

This is our ‘go to’ picnic side. It goes great with burgers and hotdogs. We sometimes also add a can of tuna to make it more of a main course.
