2 packages of active yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 teaspoon salt
6 1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup warm water
2 cups warm milk
1/2 cup sugar
3 egg yolks ( beaten)
3-4 packages of hot dogs

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and let mixture rise. In a large bowl mix butter, sugar, egg yolks and salt. Combine with yeast mixture. Alternatley add milk and flour and knead until smooth and glossy. Cover and set at room temperature until double in size. Using a tablespoon, take egg size bites of dough. Place on floured board. Roll each spoonful of dough to make it long. Wrap the dough around the hot dog. pinching the ends to seal.
Place seam side down on greased baking sheet.
Brush with butter and let rise.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with butter when out of the oven.
