1 2-3 lb. beef roast
1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix
1 packet of dry Au Jus mix
1 stick butter
4-6 pepperoncini peppers (basically a whole banana pepper or mild pepper out of the jar)

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot. Dump everything on top. Put on lid and let cook for 6-8 hours on low. DO NOT ADD WATER. We love this roast!
