½ box Pasta
5 slices of Bacon, cooked & chopped
½ cup Corn
4 oz Pepper Jack Cheese, grated
4 oz Sharp Cheddar, grated
⅓ cup Sour Cream
1 cup Milk
2 tbsp Heavy Cream
½ stick Butter
Salt/Pepper
1 tsp Cornstarch
Splash of Water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta and corn for 5 minutes. Don't overcook. Drain and set aside. In the same pot, heat the butter, milk, cream and cheeses until all the cheese is melted. Add plenty of salt and pepper. Mix the cornstarch and water. Stir mixture into cheese sauce. Cook (while stirring) for a few minutes on medium/low heat. Turn off heat and add sour cream. Add pasta back into the pot and stir cover all the sauce in the pasta/corn. Pour into a baking dish. Top with bacon. Serves 4.

Optional: Add panko to the top too for an added crunch! Bake at 375º for 10-15 minutes.
