8-10 Yukon Gold Potatoes
½ cup Heavy Cream
8 oz cup of White Cheddar, grated (or whatever cheese you prefer)
½ cup grated Mozzerella
4 tbsp Butter
Salt/Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes as thin as you can. Pour a little of the cream in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Place the first layer of potatoes on the cream; sprinkle with salt/pepper and a layer of cheese. Repeat with 3 or 4 more layers. Leave cheese off the top layer of potatoes until they are almost done cooking. Bake on 400º for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Top with the rest of the cheese and bake until cheese is bubbly.
