6 Chicken Tenderloins or 2 large Breasts, cooked & shredded
2 tbsp Butter
2 Carrots, peeled & chopped
1 large stalk of Celery, chopped finely
5 Golden Potatoes, diced
½ cup frozen Peas
½ cup frozen Corn
4 cups Chicken Broth
½ cup Heavy Cream
2 tbps Flour
½ Basil
½ Oregano
½ Parsley
½ Paprika
Kosher Salt/Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute veggies in butter for a couple minutes. Sprinkle with flour and stir to coat all the veggies. Add chicken broth, and seasonings. Simmer for about 20-25 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add cream & cooked chicken at the end and cook for 2 more minutes. Serves 4-6.

Top with homemade croutons! Chewy white bread cut into squares and tossed in butter, salt/pepper, and parsley. Bake on 450º until crispy!
