1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz package of cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 cup fresh lime juice (about 4 limes)
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package pre-made graham cracker crust
Cool whip
1 teaspoon lime zest

Zest limes before juicing.

In large bowl add sweetened condensed milk, softened cream cheese, lime zest, lime juice, and vanilla. Use mixer or blender to blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and add more zest if needed. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Serve with a dollop of cool whip and a sprinkle of lime zest.
