3 ounces semisweet baking chocolate
1/4 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon red liquid food coloring
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º oven racks in middle
Melt chocolate and butter in microwave until melted and smooth.
Whisk in sugar, eggs and food coloring until smooth

Mix together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to butter mixture, stirring gently until combined.

Place one cup powdered sugar in a small bowl. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls into powdered sugar, rolling to coat
Place one inch apart on parchment lined baking sheets
Gently flatten with the heal of your hand.
Bake 10 minutes until outsides are crackled.
Transfer to wire rack and cool.
