6 lbs Beef Brisket
3 T Liquid Smoke
3 T garlic powder
3 T onion salt
3 T celery salt
Worcestershire sauce

BBQ Sauce: 1 c catsup
1 t salt
1 t celery seed
¼ c brown sugar
¼ c Worcestershire sauce
2 c water
1 onion, chopped
¼ c vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket, liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion salt and garlic salt in a baking dish. Cover with foil and allow ti stand over night in the refrigerator. Next morning sprinkle with pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and bake 5 hours at 275º.
Combine the BBQ sauce ingredients and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Drain grease off then. Uncover and bake 1 hour with BBQ sauce.
