1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
2 tablespoon finely chopped green onion tops
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoon minced parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 1/2 to 1 clove of finely minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
