4 cooked chicken breasts or ONE rotisserie chicken from deli (cut into bite size pieces)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small carton sour cream 8oz
1 small package of silvered almonds (may use a little more if desired)
1 tablespoon poppyseed
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Crush 1 tube of crackers and place in 9x13 casserole dish.
Add layer of chicken.
Mix soups, almonds and sour cream.
Spread mixture over chicken.
Crush 2nd tube of crackers, mix in poppyseed and melted butter, and sprinkle over top of other ingredients
Bake uncovered at 350F for 25-30 minutes
