9 oz cream cheese
1 can tomato soup, heated
2 T unflavored gelatin
3 T cold water
1 c mayonnaise
2 c canned shrimp, drained
Garlic salt to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
1 small onion, grated
½ c finely cut celery
½ c finely cut green pepper
fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve cream cheese in hot soup, stirring until it is well blended. Soften gelatin in cold water and dissolve in the soup. Let cool. Add mayonnaise to the soup mixture. Then add shrimp, mashing it as it is added. Season with garlic salt and lemon juice. Add onion, celery, and pepper, mixing well. Pour into an oiled mold and refrigerate. It takes less than 2 hours to set. After unmolding, sprinkle fresh dill over the top.
