Salt
Olive Oil
Cajun Spice
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Use little potatoes.
Cook on stovetop or in microwave until tender.
Drain.
Put Olive Oil on a baking sheet/
Put potatoes on sheet and slightly mash down with a potato masher (almost like pressing a cookie when baking)
Sprinkle olive oil and salt on each potato and your choice of condiments.
I used parmesan cheese and Cajun spice.
Cook until crispy (around 20 minutes in my toaster oven on 350).
