Crust (makes bottom and top crust) :
4½ cups Flour
2¼ tsp Salt
1½ cups Shortening
¾ cup Water

Fruit Mixture:
8 cups Fruit of Choice
2 cups Sugar
⅓ cup Flour
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
3-4 tbsp Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brush crust with milk and sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes. Drop temperature to 350º for 40-50 minutes.
