2 lbs. chicken cutlets
24 (1 cup) round, butter sesame crackers
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp, thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. cover cookie sheet with foil

2. cut chicken breast into bite size pieces

3. dip chicken into melted butter

4. put remaining ingredients into a blender to make crumbs

5. dip chicken into crumbs to coat

6. bake at 400 for 20-25 mins
