3 tsp. baking powder
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
4 eggs
3 oz. cream cheese
1 cup Crisco oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup orange juice
6-8 apples, peeled and sliced into cubes
sugar and cinammon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients together excpet the apples.

*after slicing and cubing the apples, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar to your liking

2. Put SOME batter into the baking pan, then put some apples, then put more batter...then more apples...and layer until you have none left of each

3. Bake at 350 for 90 minutes
