1 tsp Yeast
3 cups warm Water
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
½ cup melted Butter
1 Tbsp Salt
8+ cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Start at 5pm: Combine ingredients in order given in very large mixing bowl, adding enough flour to make a stiff dough. Knead for a few minutes. Let rise in a greased bowl, punching down every hour until 10pm. Shape or roll out into dinner or cinnamon rolls. Place in baking pans with plenty of room for expansion. Brush tops with butter (important to keep tops from drying out during long rising time). Rise overnight on counter. Bake in morning at 350º til browned, 18-20 minutes.
