1 cup brown sugar (either light or dark)
2 T. dry mustard (Colman’s)
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup Heinz chili sauce
3/4 cup pineapple juice

Combine and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, or longer for thicker sauce.

Note: Ingredients combine more easily if you mix together brown sugar and dry mustard first, then slowly stir in liquids and chili sauce until well combined.
