1 lb Sausage
8 oz Cream Cheese
8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 oz Sour Cream
4 oz Green Chili Peppers
1 large loaf of Bread

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain 1 lb sausage. Mix all ingredients together, leaving 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese for the top.

Cut a well, taking out most of the inside. Tear up the bread that you took out. Place the loaf in the middle of a square of aluminum foil and pour mixture in. Close the foil around the bread and bake at 350º for 40 minutes. 5 to 10 minutes before done, sprinkle cheese on the top and return to the oven uncovered.

Bake the [torn up] bread on a separate tray and use to dip.
