4 thin sliced chicken breast
1 Tsp. salt
1 Tsp. pepper
3 eggs
2 cups breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. Adobe

Directions:
Directions:
Beat 3 eggs in a bowl, place bread crumbs on a plate. Season the 4 pieces of chicken with salt, pepper and Adobo.
Dip the chicken in the egg wash and lay over and coat in breadcrumbs. Heat skillet and add oil. Fry chicken on medium heat for 5 min. each side.
