2¼ c flour
1½ sugar
¾ c water
8 egg yolks
½ Mazola oil
3 tsp baking power
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cream of tartar
1 c egg whites (7-8 eggs)

Directions:
Directions:
make well with dry ingredients, add rest and beat smooth
beat egg whites, fold in butter
do not grease pan, 10" tube pan
Bake:
325º for 55 minutes
350º for 15 minutes
cool upside down 20 minutes
