1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1-1/2 lb beef sirloin, cut into thin strips

1/4 cup olive oil
1 can beef broth
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1-2 cups sliced mushrooms

1 cup sour cream

1 package egg noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
In a large plastic bag, coat sirloin strips in flour, salt and pepper.

In large skillet, brown meat in hot oil.

Stir in remaining ingredients (except sour cream). Heat to boiling, then simmer covered for 20-30 minutes or until meat is tender.

Stir in sour cream, heat through but do not boil.

Serve over noodles.

It's hard to believe that a beef stroganoff recipe that includes ketchup and mustard can be this good, but it is! I first made this in 1984, and it's been a staple ever since.
