Bottom Layer:
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup butter (melted)

Top Layer:
1 c. butter (softened)
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon

Glaze:
2 c. confectioner's sugar
5 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350ºF Grease desired baking pan (9x13 or comprable)
Mix 3 c. flour, milk, white sugar, eggs, baking powder, 2 tsp. vanilla extract and salt together in a large bowl until well combined. Stir in 1/4 c. melted butter. Pour batter into prepared baking pan.

Beat 1 c. softened butter, brown sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, and cinnamon together in large bowl until smooth. Drop by spoonfuls over the batter in large baking pan. Swirl top layer into the bottom layer with a knife to create a marble effect.

Bake in preheated oven until an inserted toothpick in center comes out nearly clean (25-30 minutes)

Mix confectioner's sugar, milk, and 1 tsp. vanilla extract in large bowl until smooth. Drizzle over warm cake.
