Personal Notes:
I use 2 packages of Truebridge petites which will give me 12 pieces of tenderloin. To have good coverage, I will triple the rub recipe...except for the chipotle chile powder; that I actually cut back on a bit. This pork is a little sweet and a little spicy; great combination! Leftovers are great on sandwiches, in salads, by itself. Cold or warmed up...it's my favorite cut.
