1 C. Pecans, chopped
2 C. Coconut, grated
1 Stick butter
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
14 oz. Can sweetened condensed milk
16 oz. Whipped cream
6 oz. Caramel topping
6 oz. Chocolate syrup
2 Deep-dish pie shells, baked

Directions:

Melt butter in a skillet and sauté coconut and pecans until lightly browned. Cool.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add whipped cream and mix thoroughly.

Pour 1/4 of filling in each pie shell. Top with 1/4 nut mixture. Drizzle well with caramel topping.

Repeat layers. Wrap in foil and place in freezer at least 4 to 8 hours.

To serve, remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with more caramel and chocolate syrup.
